It has favourable and ideal location to the bridge. The staff are really helpful and I enjoyed their attitude.

Immaculately clean hotel, stocked rooms, marvellous and comfy location by far as close to home as I can find in the area. Good choice of savoury and incredibly nice breakfast options. The rooms with 2 queen beds. Location next to Steubenville, Wintersville, and Weirton, other attractions, and Franciscan University.

The breakfast offered a tasty variety including eggs, pancakes, and waffles. Check-in was quick and hassle-free. The location is very convenient, just a block from the University. Staff were attentive and kept the dining area well-stocked. I had a pleasant stay 😊.

This place was perfect for our large family! The kids loved the variety of breakfast options, especially the hot meals. We appreciated how accommodating the staff were, especially Bob, who went out of his way to confirm our reservation.

My wife says that the pool was a letdown. It would have been great for the kids if it had been open.

The staff were excellent. Had a wonderful chat with Bob when I called on Sunday to confirm my reservation. He were really nice, even called me back 5 minutes later when my confirmation popped up. And breakfast? Plenty of options-hot choices daily, made things so much easier for the family.

Wasn't exactly a bargain, but for what we got, I can accept it.

Found the hotel staff to be friendly and helpful, especially Nicole, who went above and beyond. The breakfast was quite enjoyable with various options. Unfortunately, the mattresses seemed worn out and the elevator required some cleaning, which detracted from an otherwise pleasant stay.

Excellent place with its free internet access, tv, and 24-hour reception. On my first stay, staff helped with great restaurant recommendations. I always feel welcomed here and will definitely return for my next trip.

Comfortable stay with friendly staff

I enjoyed my stay, especially the quiet atmosphere that allowed for restful nights after long days on the road. The staff was kind, providing water bottles upon request, and the breakfast options were kinda varied. The carpet in my room could use a deep cleaning for a fresher feel.

The lobby and breakfast area were beautifully decorated and inviting. I particularly appreciated the comfortable seating, and the staff was helpful.

Housekeeping maintained high standards, keeping everything tidy. The breakfast spread impressed me with several options like eggs and waffles. Coffee was always fresh and available, which I appreciated. Some amenities claimed to be available on the website were not operational. I found the front desk staff somewhat unresponsive when I inquired about the lack of an ice machine on my floor. The furniture in the room showed signs of wear, with scratches and stains being noticeable. A nice place but could use better communication about available amenities and some upgrades to the facilities.

I had a nice stay! The hot breakfast choices were a great surprise, and my room had a cozy bed and clean bathroom. The complimentary amenities, like the in-room microwave, were very helpful.
